SHIPPPING POLICY

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation along with your order ID. We use reliable courier companies (TCS, Daewoo Fastex) for our deliveries. Your order will usually be dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed. If the product is not available at the time of dispatch, we will get in touch with you on how to proceed. The order is usually delivered within 3-4 working days after dispatch. We offer COD and advance payment options to accommodate our clients.

REFUND POLICY

If you receive a spoiled product and wish to exchange them, Please get in touch with our customer service with your Order ID and they will guide you through the process. You will have to send a picture of your order to our customer service number within 24 hours of receiving your order in case of spoiled products. Your case will be processed within 72 hours and once your exchange is processed, we will send you the available products of the same amount with the exact same mode of payment that was used at the time of purchase, minus any shipping charges.
